Utilising the Community Digital Hub at Oakey Library, the Country Roads Project aims to foster greater ties and promote digital awareness within the regional areas, while preserving our rich history. This project is made possible with money from a State Library of Queensland grant and Toowoomba Regional Council support.
A variety of groups from throughout the Toowoomba Regional Council regional areas have been invited to participate in this project. These groups have been chosen in order to cover as large a portion of the regional areas as possible for the initial pilot project.
